Three Thirds helped the prestigious sports car manufacturer Caterham step into the 3D digital arena for the first time. This was unchartered territory for Caterham and Three Thirds were there to help guide them every step of the way.
Up until now Caterham had always taken a more traditional approach of using photography in its advertising campaigns, so the initial objective was to demonstrate the true capabilities of what 3D can offer and also to showcase the skills and expertise of the Three Thirds team. Gritty realism and authenticity were of utmost importance to Caterham, rather than pristine perfection.
We initially produced two images to demonstrate that Three Thirds has what it takes to meet and surpass Caterhams expectations.
What followed was an emotive image campaign which conveys the company's ethos of fun and excitement routed through its glorious history of racing heritage.
